 We are factory certified Jastram Steering Systems specialists with more than a decade of experience installing, trouble shooting and repairing every type of digital and analog system that Jastram provides. 

 Hydra-Tronics has the ability to install new systems, rebuild specific components of existing systems, provide system commissioning, integrate most Autopilot systems to Jastram system connections and calibrate all Jastram systems.  We can also reseal all Jastram helm pumps, cylinders, PSMs, etc. 

 We are experts in finding Jastram system issues and errors.  In most cases, we are able to detect the initial problem and repair the system in a timely manner. 

We build custom enclosures from the ground up.

From simple to complex motor starter systems, control systems, etc.

Understanding existing systems and breaking them down for the next step.

Remove obsolete components and add what is needed to run an upgraded system.

Troubleshoot, repair and rewire existing hydraulic control systems as needed including:

1. Steering systems
2. Davit systems
3. Bow and stern thruster systems
4. Windlass and capstan systems
5. Passerelle systems

*As of now no stabilizer systems until further notice.

 We inspect hydraulic systems to detect leaks, identify potential problems before they occur and to verify proper system operations. 

 We can provide custom sized, pressure tested hoses for most of your hydraulic system needs. 

All Eaton/Danfoss hoses are custom made, cut and crimped in-house, in sizes from 3/4" to 1 1/4".
